Different Exercise Seasons


Different seasons for different types of exercise.

As much as it's so important to keep working hard and achieve things and get there.

I guess, just always remember that at the end of the day, if you have your health and you have people who you love

around you, you're rich, in the ways that most matter.

 

The idea of being able to stick to that is really unobtainable.

So I guess that's what I want to discuss.

The theory is, I guess being a bit more flexible with your training types based on the seasons that you're in.


So stay consistent in whatever intensity and life season and you're in, but just keep moving your body and it

will thank you for it.


Even if it's maximum or minimum, just keep moving. It's like you're finding Nemo where she's like, just

keep swimming.

 

That's pretty much what you want to keep doing, keep moving and you know, the seasons will change and if it's not your thriving time

yet, it will be soon.
