The Four-Fires Podcast

Ep. 20 Greatest Spiritual Practices | Dr. Stephen Waers

Listen Later

"Knowledge is not sufficient to do the right thing." -Dr. Stephen Waers

In this podcast we talk about the first and second nature of our behavior's. We all have a natural response or reaction to things that happen in our life. As you listen to Dr. Waers explain the analogy of the horses and the chariot, the question we all should be asking ourselves is: do I have my horses on a leash? Do I control my thoughts, feelings, and actions, or do they control me?

One of the parts of being a 4-dimensional man is that you don't allow your emotions to control you. It doesn't mean you don't have emotions or that they don't matter. It simply means that you understand them and you know how to harness them and then make logical decisions. You must own your life and you must be intentional in every area if you want to be the best version of yourself. I hope this podcast will help you in evaluating your life and asking yourself good questions.
