This individual is someone who had an incredibly difficult first year in operating his business with Student Works Painting, but found the courage to give it another shot to improve and has seen his business absolutely thriving in comparison to his first year in operation. We wanted to bring Max on to show how even though things may not go perfectly the first time, and although you may fail at something the first try, it does not mean that you are meant to give up. Max is a fantastic example of hard work, determination, and self-awareness for how a franchise owner is able to grow and learn how to be a better leader, and individual.
