Vanessa shares what's keeping her stuck: "What has always kept me stuck/moving forward really comes down to finances. I never ever like to gamble with taking out a loan or investing a lot into a project. I also couldn’t be very condescending about myself at times, it also took me many years to realize my own worth and value, really until after I started hiring people for jobs that I realized I was undervaluing myself the entire time."
