Hey all! 

I wanted to do something special for EP20 , so decided to put myself in the hot seat in order for others to get to know me a bit better - hosted by my dear friend V. Like I say about the other O.T.E.D episodes, the premise of this series is to capture the journey of individuals in the NOW so we can reflect back on these conversations in 10 years time and say we have made it.

I also answered some questions from instagram at the end, so thank you for asking those and thank you to everyone who have followed me on this self development journey for over 20 weeks now! Here's to 20 more :)
