In this episode, I talk about my experience in talking with the ladies of the USS Carter Hall. They are currently in the middle of a deployment and I was asked to speak about my experience with deployments and military life. I was so honored to be asked. It got me thinking about what it looks like to go through hard times, giving yourself grace, and knowing that you are enough and are doing enough.
