Well, I wrote a description and it didn't upload for some reason!  First draft was excellent, what a shame.   I have 2 active deals I'm currently working, I go over each one, pros & cons and break down my thoughts.  Not even sure I should be actively hunting for deals, but it is what it is at this point.
