Oregon decriminalized all drugs with Measure 110.  Kassandra Frederique, Executive Director of the Drug Policy Alliance helped get this measure into action and is helping drug treatment facilities be created with Cannabis tax revenue.  Is this a good idea?  Will it render the Drug War obsolete?  We take a look at what Portugal noticed after decriminalizing drugs and how they helped treat addictions using movement.  

But the main conclusion is, how can we use this same understanding in breaking the whole of society out of our rigid addiction to the status quo that’s damaging mother earth?
