We're back and this time Matty and I round up the Run Northumberland 20 miler and half marathon weekend in Ponteland, recapping on the Hardmoor 55 (50) ultra and some outstanding performances at the Rat Race Deerstalker 2019 amongst others. We look ahead to the Good Friday Relays and just have time for one of our infamous product reviews!
