I guess self-love is a huge topic. At least it was and still is for me. You might have heard that statement before 'You can just love others if you love yourself' or something like 'As much as you are able to love yourself, as much you are able to love others'. I agree on some points with those statements, but not absolutely. That is the reason why I talk about self-love in this episode.
