A solo episode checking in, how are you doing? 

A slightly sleep deprived ( almost subdued ) episode checking in with you, updates on the YouTube channel, upcoming kids half term holidays, Halloween, schedule for new episodes, baby weaning, Dad life, podcast merch... 

I recently attended the Let's talk dads conference 2021 which has an array of support and guest speakers supporting dads. 

I'm working hard to bring new episode and new guests, scheduling proving troublesome as everybody gets back to normal life and Dad life continues to unfold.
