The Invisible House is an amazing example of architecture as art. Tomas Osinski, a frequent colleague of legendary architect Frank Gehry, designed and completed The Invisible House in a close consultation with the client/owner in 2019. Since then, it's drawn rave reviews from guests on airbnb and dropped jaws from motorists passing by on the highway.
Another of Tomas' recent creations is the first-of-its-kind, stainless-steel-woven tapestry that is part of the Frank Gehry-designed Eisenhower Memorial, opened on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. in September 2020.
In this interview, Gail and Tomas talk about the inspiration for The Invisible House;  the intersection of art, architecture, and client service; and Tomas's suggestion for the essential quality an artist must have.
