For this episode, I interviewed natural born Storyteller James Moffat.
Ever since a small boy he has entertained his friends with fantasy stories.
Harnessing and perfecting this gift, he now helps businesses, typically startups, solo-preneurs and International SMEs, to articulate their value proposition in story form to gain the best possible results.
Also, his passion and purpose in life is to help children navigate their own emotions and truly believe in themselves, and he does so by leveraging on the power of storytelling through his "School-kit for Life" program.
James is a humanitarian and hosts a weekly show to allow his guests to share their stories from childhood to where they are now, to help inspire, educate and bring hope to others of all ages.
Not forgetting his Shamanic Crystal work with adults and children to free trapped emotions or those that seek guidance on their journey.
As you'll hear in our conversation, even though Storytelling is a skill James already displayed as a kid, like many of us, he had to re-discover this gift he was born with, after years of fitting into parental, educational, social and professional expectations caused him to forget about it.
What about you? What natural skills have you rediscovered later in life? What skills are lying dormant, awaiting to be brought back to life?
Some of the highlights of our conversation are:
