TSTS is back!!! After taking a month off over the Christmas holidays we're back with this week's guest Cari Ionson.

Cari is is the Sexual Violence Response and Awareness Coordinator at Mount Royal University. She works to support students, staff, and faculty who have been victimized by dating, domestic and/or sexual violence in accessing their education, healing and justice and cultivate communities of care. She also hosts her own Podcast with CJSW called Witchhunt.

We get into many topics from the culture of sexual violence often present in Hip Hop to light hearted and ridiculous ones like our zombie apocalypse survival plans. And of course we hop back into the Dojo for another round of training.
