Welcome, today we call Warren Conway (@theconwayfactor) and talk some differences between Washington state and Texas. Warren has dove deep into the fitness scene with running and lifting along with a weight loss journey. He also has learned a lot of thing by trial and error with very little help, really enjoyed talking with him, I will for sure have him on again.
