About my guest: 

Chong Su Lee is a chemist by training from the National University of Singapore. She is the founder of Look Good Feel Great Always.

She uses her extensive knowledge of human biochemistry to provide knowledge, educate and support her clients to achieve great health through nutrition and exercise.

In 2006, Su Lee contracted dengue haemorrhage fever, which required hospitalization in the intensive care unit. However, she managed to recover within a month and continued her busy work, travel and family schedule.

People were amazed at the speed of recovery. It got Su Lee thinking and realising that her speedy recovery is attributed to a healthy lifestyle plus nutrition supplementation.

Hence, Su Lee decided to become a wellness coach to help people develop a

healthy lifestyle of proper nutrition, exercise and nutrition supplementation.

She uses her extensive knowledge in the biochemistry of the human body to provide the knowledge and educate her clients on the benefits of proper nutrition for the body at the cellular level. With the right knowledge, her clients are more likely to do the right action to achieve permanent weight loss and optimum health.
