In this episode, Sudichhya talks about what it takes to work as a Teacher. We discuss the qualities required to be a teacher and how she got into teaching. Sudichhya also shares her own stories and experience along with the joys and challenges that come with being a teacher. One thing I couldn't get in this recording was Sudichhya expressing the lack of diversity in the teaching profession and the importance of needing more Asian teachers considering there's a lot of research showing that students can benefit from a diverse teaching workforce.
