Feeling discouraged is something all people have expirenced . It is very important to learn how to overcome discouragement by being more determined and being honest about how it feels. Maintaining positive, uplifting and healthy thoughts are some ways to change discouragement. Being discouraged is a feeling sometimes based upon a situation or circumstance. Overcoming discouragement is a process of understanding what it is and knowing what to do when it happens. Talking about how you feel, journaling and praying are also other ways to eliminate discouragement. SB Favor shared her personal expirence and how she overcomes discouragement.
