As a Logan County tailor named Andrew Hellman, he killed his first wife with an ax and poisoned two of his children. As a fugitive in Maryland named Adam Horn, he murdered his second wife and unborn baby with a hatchet. History has lost track of where he was buried after his 1844 execution, but some say his ghost haunts a cemetery in Huntsville, Ohio.
