Jacko's first ever marathon was a coastal trail marathon last month and in this episode he reflects on the challenges, what he learnt in the training and the event itself - which ended up being a P.B (it was the first so would always be!).

We discuss the benefits of nasal breathing for breathing efficiency and exercise economy, how to train that as well as how to apply those principles to better condition your body for whatever exercise you are doing whether running, calisthenics, yoga, crossfit or any other type of training through how you breath during exercise.
