A group of fierce, educated and in-the-know black women from the Sacramento Sister Circle and BWOPA (Black Women Organized for Political Action) have put together the 2020 Voter Guide which breaks down the local ballot initiatives in a way that makes it clear to understand the jargon that is typically included on the ballots.
