Who we think we are today is not who we actually are underneath the surface.

We were born with distinct characteristics of being. However, we don't often show them off to their best potential due to how we were raised when growing up. As transformative leaders, it is our role to fully express our innate qualities and not the identity we tend to relate ourselves to.
