This week, the guys break their stamina streak with an episode that's under an hour. Fortunately, the content is still timely as Josh and Evan revisit the topic of  making vision statements while also discussing plenty of other fun tidbits. Josh is about to be in charge of some vision planning for work, so the guys try to figure out whose opinions should matter most while looking toward the future. Should older people really drive the decisions, or should the task fall to those who will be impacted by the future for longer? It's an interesting thought exercise, and there is talk about whether visions are even helpful for both individuals and groups.
