Next is Bobby Jack Fowler, whose picture accompanies this episode—he always seemed unsure of where he was, looking confused about pretty much everything. Lastly, there’s Richard Lawrence Marquette, notable for being both the longest-serving and oldest inmate in the Oregon state prison system. Now in his 90s, he’s been incarcerated since the 1970s.
