I'm super focused on my physical goals- especially this month!

No Caffeine October makes this month the hardest of the year for me, so I'm making sure I stay away from coffee, pop, chocolate and tea. This challenge alone makes my goals of getting to 190 lbs harder, because working out is harder without caffeine!
