 In today's episode, I share 10 things to do if you don’t have control over your life. 

A lot of people feel they don’t have control over their life, for one reason or another. One key, as found in the Serenity Prayer, is to know what things you can and can’t control and focus on the ones you can. Today’s episode is all about that.

These are some things that I’ve learned.

Here are the 10 things to do:


1. Choose a 3x3 Foot space and keep it clean for a week

2. Set your Alarm clock when you want, and choose to wake up to it

3. Do push-ups, sit-ups, or pull-ups every morning

4. Take the stairs

5. Turn the TV off for today

6. Smile

7. Budget

8. Go camping

9. Explore your surroundings

10. Read a book about a subject you’ve never studied
