This week we had the pleasure to have Jane Schwickert on as our guest!  We talk about being a Woman in business and balancing the responsibilities of being a wife, mother and the success within your career(s). Jane has a unique perspective coming from a background in healthcare then unexpectedly switching gears and diving into owning and operating a hospitality business. As two young women making careers and names for ourselves, sitting down with Jane was so powerful, enlightening and motivating for us to listen to her advise and experiences.
