I haven't touched on Grand or Thunderbird recently, mostly because they've been on cruise control. But some recent events have caused a stir!  So good for content, bad for my health and well being!!  

Non paying tenant issue at Grand, new lease signed for Thunderbird, and very bleak action on the main lease hunt for Thunderbird.
