Dan Benigno, founder and owner of Chef Around The Block, has been in the culinary game for over 30 years. Starting out as a dishwasher operator at Sizzler, Benigno would work his way up to national executive chef for training and development for a corporate dining company. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Benigno would leave the corporate dining company and offer meal preps and private cooking. This led him to starting Chef Around The Block, located in Omaha. Chef Around The Block offers cooking lessons, pop-ups, and catering.
