On this episode of TSpark Talks, Ben is out sick so Travis welcomed his brother, Lee, to take part and discuss how he migrated from the world of sales into construction. They also talked about how the contrusction world is a world full of managing expectations. It's a personal industry working with families, oftentimes, or business owners where livelihoods are being worked on, and construction companies need to remember that and clients can work to remember that the companies, like TSpark, are really interviewing with the client for a job interview.
