Becoming Better Men

EP. 21 - Dedicated to a Life of Play

Listen Later

This week, G Cody QJ Goldberg talks through the origin story of his organization, Harper's Playground, and why he has dedicated his life to creating playgrounds that are both totally inclusive and completely engaging. Cody’s daughter, Harper was born with significant physical limitations, making the traditional playground experience an impossible one for her to navigate. So, he decided to do something about it.
This is a conversation about the power of conviction, the intersection of personal passion and a vision that rallies other’s to join a movement for real change. It is also about Cody’s commitment to presence and the act of listening…to be the husband and father he wants to be, first of all, and to also be a leader who is both willing and able to honor what other’s need while building the consensus necessary to make amazing things happen.
