Sometimes we can be so close to getting to a goal, when something happens that causes us to revert back to our old ways and feel too frustrated to continue. In this episode, I explain the top 2 things to be prepared for in order to stay on top on our goals. One is something that has to do with us as an individual, and the other has to do with the other people in our lives that can make us feel like we shouldn't continue to move forward in our pursuit of our dreams/goals. The truth is that you ARE capable of achieving whatever it is that you want, and you ARE doing exactly what you should be to get there so stay the course and keep the faith.
