Louise Carruth says that running a business at 73 is so much fun.

She's a coffee drinker and has a business selling loose leaf tea and tea accessories, but her passion is in teaching people about tea.Louise buys from wholesalers and packages it herself in her Las Vegas home kitchen that follows the Cottage Food Law.

She has her MBA but has also learned a lot of lessons from doing farmers markets. She explains how networking is a learned skill.
