Emily is a huge inspiration to me personally - she is The Great Design Lead podcast host (with over 83 episodes) and aggressively researches guests (so I have gone in researching this episode by the way), she is the founder of Podwork.io for podcasters to find guests and for potential guests to find podcasts to be on, and she is an UX designer and Webflower.

The 3 failures we talk about are:

1) Wanting to be a graphic designer and realizing that wasn't what I was most passionate about

2) Having my first big project go poorly at the copywriting and project transfer stage

3) Leaving a job that wasn't right for me without having another job lined up and being scared shitless for about 3 monthsb
