Ep. 21: Lessons From A Mountain

In this episode, you follow my progress on the Roller Coaster Run in the Mt. Dandenong Ranges. As I run through, you hear some of my personal experiences and struggles and how I turn those into lessons that can translate to everyday life.
While running through, there were definitely ups and downs but some of the main bullet points of what you can take away from this episode are:
1. Push through negativity. In any case, there will be positive aspects you can take away... whether it be lessons on how to cope better, becoming stronger, or finding out that you have more inside you than you thought.
2. Live in the moment and savour the moment. Take in those moments in your life that you are going through. Mindfully take mental snapshots by taking a deep breath and acknowledging what is going on around you.
3. Pay the positivity forward! Form positive bonds with everyone you can. Whatever positivity you find, try to help others to enjoy it as well. You have the power to help people on their journey.
3. Always keep going! The end will make all the struggles worth it. Getting to that victory position will make worth all of the trials and tribulations that you go through on the way.
