What do you do if your child comes home complaining about a bully?

What do you do if someone in your workplace is bullying you?

Though is may not be a popular opinion, I believe in having compassion for these individuals and trying to see where they're coming from and why they're acting the way they are acting. 

And of course if need be, sock 'em in the stomach. 

At the end of the day the way we treat a bully has more to do with who we are as people, than who they are pretending to be.
