Mitch and I sat down to talk about his Backstory. We discuss his upbringing, and how he came to the decision that becoming a U.S Navy SEAL was the path that he wanted to take. Mitch devoted 10 years to the teams, and had become a formidable mixed martial arts fighter in the process.
