In this episode, we chat with Jennifer and Andy about their son Noah, who was born with Down Syndrome on August 25, 2016. The couple talks about how communication was key when they first learned of the diagnosis. Through that communication, they were able to avoid internalizing any fears or doubts.

Now, they're a part of the lucky few, loving their growing family and witnessing the growing bond between Noah and his older brother Ben. The couple has built an incredible network as Jennifer and Andy talk about a walkathon during Down Syndrome Awareness month, regular events with Club 21, and the Down Syndrome Diagnosis Network (DSDN) Rockin' Mom retreat.
