We headed back down to Triarc Systems to officially kick off the “Pushing the Line” series with an incredible and honest conversation with two board members of TTPOA. Brandon and Derrick shed light on the needs and necessitates of police officers in today’s trying times. From the real dangers of defunding the police, to how important funding training is, to what it takes to lead when it feels like the world is against you. This was a great discussion with several different points of view on our current climate within policing and in our nation. This is not just a topic for law enforcement, it’s a discussion for our nation and one many people need to hear right now. 

How can we push the line to be more uncommon? How can we always push forward in our lives? Two important questions facing law enforcement and our communities right now, and a simple answer is - TRAIN HARD.
