What goes into a "winning team"?  I'm sure we as leaders could come up with all kinds of ingredients to support a winning team philosophy, but the real question would be whether it works or not.  So, I decided to actually let you into my personal world of coaching House League Hockey for the past few years and what I've developed as my "winning teams" philosophy (AKA--Triple "H").

I believe these three H's transcend the game of hockey and if applied to our lives as leaders can set us up to "win" where we have been called to lead as well.
