This week on Behind the Bench host Carter Eckl and producer Jeff Mulvihill, Jr. take a look over the wrestling landscape this season and a potentially wide open Sierra League thanks to realignment. Carson and Douglas wrestling will both be centered around youth this season, but both are hoping to have some impact competitors ready when regionals roll around. After that, the episode shifts into recent hoops chatter as Dayton High School girls basketball took on Douglas and Carson last week.
