I think we all go through this difficult and emotional part of our journey, the one that leaves you feeling you’ve hit rock bottom. But, as they say, when you hit rock bottom, the only way to go is up.

So, Shelsey used her experience to not only to better herself but also learn and grow from it. It wasn’t easy, but it was definitely worth it.
