Nicole Davidson is a conflict resolution and negotiation expert. She has been working with clients to improve their business outcomes for almost 10 years. She not only teaches the skills but puts them into practice in her consulting practice and as a commercial mediator. Her work has covered a wide range of industries in both the for-profit and for-purpose sectors.

Nicole is a mediator on the Victorian Small Business Commission mediation panel. In 2021, she was awarded the Resolution Institute’s Award for Achievement by an Emerging Practitioner.

Prior to building her expertise in negotiation and conflict resolution, Nicole gained experience as a lawyer, insolvency practitioner, investment banker and recruitment consultant in Melbourne, London and Dubai.
