Shawn opened his first CrossFit gym while also working full-time as a high-school finance and economics teacher. Today, Shawn is functionally retired, has gone from $0 to $4.5M in real estate in 7 months, and has become a millionaire, all before the age of 35. Shawn is now focused on helping other people build a life by design that prioritizes freedom of time as much as freedom of money.
