In this episode I talk about what can only seem like a mini miracle that took place on Christmas Eve last year. It's the event that led to me having literally no chronic pain for the whole of January.

I also read excerpts from The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle that help me to explain the state of being I have been experimenting with living by these last few months. 

 

What I didn't expect was the huge correlation between what happened on Christmas Eve and what I read a month later in this book.
