In this EP, Josh shares a story about one of the first jobs Empowered Electric landed with Oakwood Contractors. Many times in the service industry, people capitalize off of fear and desperation as a sales tactic to make the most money off a single job. However, right from the jump Josh knew that wasn't the path Empowered was going to take. Instead, he began to build Empowered as a company that is not about making that quick buck, but more about building relationships through loyalty. Everybody wants loyalty from their customers right? That's kind of a no brainer but loyalty goes both ways and in order to get what you want, first you must give it.
