In this video, I’m opening up about something really personal—my journey of learning how to build a relationship with myself. For a long time, I didn’t realize how disconnected I was from who I truly am. I was constantly pouring into others, but not into me.
I’ve had to learn self-acceptance… embracing every part of myself, even the ones I used to shy away from. I’ve also been working on becoming more self-aware—doing honest self-check-ins and really asking myself what I need, what I feel, and what I deserve.
One of the biggest things that changed my life? Spending time alone. Taking myself out on solo dates, enjoying my own company, and not waiting on anyone else to make me feel whole. It wasn’t easy at first, but now it’s something I truly love.
And even the small things, like personal grooming, have become intentional acts of self-care—ways I show up for myself and remind myself that I matter.
