In this episode of the Reimagining Healthcare Podcast, I sit down for a live interview and discussion with Dr. David E. Fraser, Ed.D, MPA, to explore one of the biggest challenges for health, nonprofit, and community leaders: how to fund and sustain mission-driven initiatives.
We talk about the cultural, structural, and operational barriers that organizations face when trying to secure lasting support, and we share strategies for navigating grant writing, leadership gaps, and burnout in values-driven work.
This conversation is especially relevant for healthcare professionals, caregivers, nonprofit leaders, graduate students, and community advocates working to create more sustainable systems of care.
