When you get that thought about 'I really want to stop..' stop immediately and find out what the reason was (your why) why you got that thought and why you want to stop then if you really want to start again (which you shouldn't) your why must be big enough to stay away from what ever you stopped with. So Take the action, find your why and keep on feeding the Good Wolf.
