After traveling for several days and paying several tolls, the party is inside the walls of Old Port and are ready to ask the locals for information on Dragonborn and where a large town of them might reside.  Are any of these local people knowledgable? Why does it seem like Macekor and Jandar are the only ones getting useful information? Who is this Captain Rogers that everyone speaks of?
